This is a beautiful and creamy puree perfect for little your little one’s pallet. It’s best not to introduce until you have already introduced dairy (such as cheese or yogurt) and your little one has no issues with it. Goat cheese is a wonderful cheese for babies (goats are much smaller animals than cows and so are the proteins found in their milk, making them easier to digest).
