Honey Avocado Dip

Here is a healthy and sweet recipe perfect for dipping fruit or veggies! A great way to get some healthy fats!  I love this combination because it's sweet and creamy plus avocados have been proven to help the body absorb more nutrients from other foods! I recently took this to an event for my daughter's preschool and it was a big hit. I did notice it had begun to turn a little brown on top at the end of the evening but I had made it 6 hours prior and it had been sitting out for a few hours already. Storing this dip covered in the refrigerator before serving will keep it green.

Honey Avocado Dip

Ingredients:

2 RIPE Avocados

1 RIPE Banana

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 cup fresh Pineapple

1/4 cup Honey

Cut open the avocados and remove the seeds, scoop the green goodness into a food processor or blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth.  Serve with fresh fruit and veggies.  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freezer for up to 3 months.
