It may be December but we are still feeling pumpkin vibes! Missing Pumpkin pie from last month? This recipe is a perfect and healthy way to fill that craving.
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Banana (frozen)
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Yogurt, cold
½ tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Pie Spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
Milk, as needed to thin (we use almond or cashew milk)
Crushed Graham Crackers (optional)
Add ingredients (except graham crackers) to a blender. Whizz up till smooth adding milk as needed to reach desired consistency. Pour into cups and serve with a straw. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if desired. Enjoy a smoothie that tastes like a piece of pie!
